To Qualify for a Pro Bono Lawyer you must satisfy any of the following conditions?
- You will have to depose to an affidavit with a passport photograph affixed swearing that you are broke (i.e., “indigent”), having few possessions and no funds to pay a lawyer
- Provide proof that your annual income is less than $250 or its equivalent in your local currency.
- You are elderly, disabled, the victims of domestic violence, enlisted in the military or in other special circumstances that might otherwise make obtaining counsel difficult.
